Barbara SantichBarbara Santich teaches food writing at the University of Adelaide, where she also teaches and researches food history and culture. Her books include The Original Mediterranean Cuisine (1995) and the award-winning Looking for Flavour (1996, revised 2009). Her new book on Australia's gastronomic heritage will be published early 2012.
Barbara has been a columnist for various Australian newspapers and magazines and has contributed articles to a wide range of Australian and international publications. She currently writes a regular feature for Sumptuous.
