Tasting Australia hosted three prestigious industry events in 2010.
The LifeStyle FOOD Channel Australian Regional Culinary Competition consisted of 32 teams that prepared three courses over a day. This was followed by an awards' presentation at a gala dinner, which was held at the Intercontinental Adelaide. Previous winners of this competition have included culinary greats such as Don Hancey, Mark McNamara and Stuart Walsh.
Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards were presented at the gala dinner, hosted by Intercontinental Adelaide.
The Adelaide Food Summit was back again, with local and world leading authorities on culinary tourism.
