Industry events
Tasting Australia will be hosting three prestigious industry events in 2010.
The LifeStyle FOOD Channel Australian Regional Culinary Competition, which consists of 32 teams preparing three courses over a day, followed by an awards presentation at the gala dinner to be held at the Intercontinental Adelaide. Previous winners of this competition have included culinary greats such as Don Hancey, Mark McNamara and Stuart Walsh.
Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards are being presented at the gala dinner being hosted by Intercontinental Adelaide.
The Adelaide Food Summit is back again with local and world leading authorities on culinary tourism.
