The 2010 Adelaide Food Summit is a practical and cutting-edge program about South Australia's opportunities to expand its food and wine tourism programs to larger national and international audiences.
Part 1 will present a strong, engaging and detailed portrait of the extent and range of South Australia's bounteous food and wine tourism opportunities.
Part 2 is a participatory forum that will help South Australia's tourism operators, and business people in related fields, grow their businesses.
The Adelaide Food Summit will extend South Australia's growing reputation as one of the World's Top Food and Wine Tourism Destinations.
