Chefs meet the media
Four of Australia’s best national chefs talk informally with John Lethlean, Food Reviewer for The Australian Newspaper, about their vision for the future of hospitality, contemporary trends in the industry and their relationship with food media. An interactive session led by John will also offer an opportunity for industry to shape the event by asking questions from the floor.
